What stays in your browser
Your purchase briefs, supplier entries, working scores, recommendations and decision history are stored in your browser using local storage. They are not synchronized to an account. Anyone with access to that browser profile may be able to see them, and browser or device changes can erase them.
What is sent for AI analysis
When you deliberately request a recommendation, the structured purchase information shown in the workspace is sent to the site's Vercel-hosted API and through AI infrastructure, including an AI gateway and model provider, to generate the response. The interface identifies the fields and requires your acknowledgement before sending.
Those providers may process submitted content and technical information to deliver, secure and diagnose the request under their applicable service settings, contractual terms and legal obligations. The beta does not promise a particular data residency, dedicated environment, zero-retention setting or enterprise data-processing agreement. Organizations must complete their own privacy, security, confidentiality and vendor review before using AI analysis.
Do not send sensitive or restricted information
Do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, payment information, personal records, health information, trade secrets, legally privileged material, confidential bids, export-controlled information or anything you are not authorized to share with the operator and relevant service providers. Use descriptions and redacted summaries instead.
Operational and security information
Hosting, network and AI providers may process routine request information such as IP address, timestamps, routes, browser or device data, approximate network information, error logs, rate-limit data and security events to operate and protect the service. Retention is governed by provider settings and legal obligations. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is not downloaded and sends no Analytics data unless you choose “Allow analytics.” If allowed, it records page views, ordinary engagement, approximate location, device type, referring source and contact-link clicks. It does not receive purchase briefs, supplier entries, scores, recommendations, AI prompts, decisions or other workspace content. Advertising and personalization signals stay off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Privacy choices.”
Purposes and disclosures
Information is processed to deliver requested analysis, secure and troubleshoot the service, prevent abuse, comply with law and establish or defend legal claims. It may be disclosed to hosting, network, security and AI service providers for those purposes, or where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety. It is not used for a mailing list or cross-site behavioral advertising.
Your controls and rights
You can download a local backup, restore a valid backup or clear browser-saved data from the workspace. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing or changing devices can remove local work permanently. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal information the operator holds. Because there are no accounts, the operator may be unable to connect ordinary technical records to a named visitor.
Children
The service is intended for adults making organizational purchasing decisions and is not directed to children under 13.
